In itself a great subway, all employees are friendly except for one woman. Every time she cooks our subs, it just feels like a pinch of vegetables on top. If you want more, she is annoyed. And rude anyway.

Today the worst sub eaten in my life. And I've had many. The bread was so badly cut that everything broke apart while eating and I had a single mess. Last but not least, my chicken was also cold.

Until today I was actually always satisfied ... but this time a bottomless cheek, I / we ordered at 19:34, after 1 hour 30 minutes. for the specified 40 minutes, neither a call nor any other contact, then I called ... I was told that it was allegedly a system error and that we had to wait another 15 minutes, but the food was freshly made for it, when the driver arrived there were cold and damp subs ... just lying to the customer ... I think that's really bold. In addition, I had ordered chips that I thought the driver would brazenly want to insert, I was still able to intercept them on the car and saw them lying clearly and clearly visible on the front passenger seat. You would get a compensation or e.g. expect a coke or something similar on the house ... not even that ...

Food was good. Unfortunately, despite the mask requirement, people who do not wear masks are served.

Good free parking right in front of it. Clean and well run, otherwise like any other subway.

Staff where only understated German. Rude too

It is a shame if the shop closes 40 minutes before the shop closes. I'm now at McDonalds. It's a shame again.

Some nice staff but unfortunately often very unfriendly. Very economical with the corn. 5 corn kernels on 30 cm sub very little.

I love this subway. All are super nice and it always tastes good and especially fresh.

We actually like to be in the subway but what was going on today was a mess. There is a mask requirement due to Covid-19, 3 out of 5 customers did not wear a mask and the employees were not interested in it !!! One said that he had forgotten his mask at home and was still allowed in.

Unfriendly service, I could not understand the lady, the tables are insufficiently cleaned, everyone can use the drink dispenser, is not disinfected, women's toilet is closed, men's toilet is not clean, towel dispenser did not work. I could have saved my mask. I will definitely not go out to eat there anymore.

1000 times better and the taste is fresher than Mc.D. / BurgerK. Etc. Unfortunately, the staff are mostly very unmotivated and not friendly to the guests as you would expect. However, I think there are other reasons for this and we are all human. 😉

Nothing special. Just ok.

Fixed and friendly staff in the service. The food is good. Toilet sometimes not great - may be due to unclean guests or for irregular cleaning.
